Rustem Gafarov: «It will take up to three weeks for both consumers and heating supply companies to fully test the heating systems»

<p> The heating season started in Kazan. As many as 285 social facilities were connected to the heat ahead of schedule. More than 6,000 apartment buildings and approximately 10,000 other consumers, including commercial and industrial companies, received readiness certificates. Iskander Giniyatullin, the Deputy Head of the Kazan Executive Committee, announced the start of the heating season at the Business Monday meeting. </p> <p> «Today, the new heating season starts in the city. A significant amount of work has been done by heat supply organizations, property management companies, housing associations, and the Department for the Maintenance of Social Facilities to prepare the system. First, we start supplying heat to social facilities.
